All of our books are ‘print-on-demand’, so your orders will be processed by us then printed and shipped by KDP/Amazon fulfilment centres. The timeline for the delivery of books is: 1-2 weeks for paperback books, and 4-5 weeks for hardcover books. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order and estimated delivery date(s). For orders with multiple books, there is a possibility the books will arrive in separate packages and/or on separate dates. We expect that your order will arrive in the best condition possible, however, if there are any significant defects or damage to the book(s) upon arrival please get in touch as soon as possible and we will process either a full refund or replacement book(s) for you.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where possible. We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is logged by the allocated drop-off centre, we will send you an email confirmation regarding your refund or replacement(s).
